May 10th-Morning | ACCOUNTABILITY
Mark 6:7 says, “And he called his twelve disciples together and sent them out two by two, with authority to cast out evil spirits.” The Bible always talks about partnerships because He knows that it’s the best way to go through life. Eccles. 4:9 says, “Two people can accomplish more than twice as much as one; they get a better return for their labor.” Interestingly, even the poor sighted rhinoceros was blessed with a partner. You see, a rhino’s tough back is typically infested with ticks, so a bird would ride on the rhino’s back while it also fed on the ticks. In exchange for the free meal, the tickbird would alert the rhino if danger was approaching from a distance. The Bible says in Hebrews 13:5, “Stay away from the love of money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, ‘I will never fail you. I will never forsake you.’” Make God your partner, He’s got the vision and He already knows what’s coming. |
